The Founder of the FTTIM is Olga Hervis, MSW, LCSW. She is the co-author and developer of this model. Hervis also developed and directed the BSFT and FET Training programs of the University of Miami Center for Family Studies until September of 2003 when she founded the FTTIM. She has been teaching, supervising and consulting on the model since its inception 30 years ago.
